Unlimited mileage – A&R Motorhome Hire Ltd allows the driver to travel as many miles as desired without incurring additional costs.

RAC UK breakdown cover included – recovery at home, roadside, onward travel & European motoring assistance.
GAS – we provide a full bottle of gas with every hire. Any additional refills to be paid for by you the client.
Kitchen utensils – we provide cutlery sufficient for 4 people (in our 4 berth motorhomes) or 6 people (in our 6 berth motorhome). Also included are pots/pans, baking/pizza trays, spatulas, cups, plates and bowls as standard. Toaster and kettle are subject to availability, so please check with us before collecting your vehicle.
Minimum hire period
Our minimum hire period is 3 nights. We offer hire periods of 3 nights, 7, 14, 21 or 28. For anything in-between, or for rental periods longer than 28 nights please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Availability is on a request and confirm basis at the time of reservation. A reservation is only binding after it has been confirmed by A&R Motorhome Hire Ltd and a deposit of £260 of the total hire cost has been received. Our terms and conditions including cancellation charges apply from this point onwards. Once the reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent out to the client. Settlement of the remaining balance will be due 45 days before collection of the vehicle. If the booking is made less than 45 days before collection, then payment is required in full.
Please note, failure to pay within the required time frame will result in cancellation of the booking and a loss of deposit. Please note however that we will not be liable for any additional losses you may incur as a result of this.
If for any reason we are not able to provide you with the vehicle chosen at time of booking, we will endeavour to provide you with a suitable comparable or superior alternative. If we are unable to do this due to lack of availability, we will provide you with a full refund.

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and an administration fee of £50, plus the difference in cost if the chosen period rate is higher than the original date.

Collection and Return of Motorhome/Campervan
Collection days are Mondays and Fridays and time of collection is between the hours of 8.30am and 9.30am.
You can leave your car with us during your hire period, CCTV is in operation, but you do so at your own risk. A&R Motorhome Hire Ltd do not accept responsibility to any loss or damage to your vehicle unless it is caused by us.
Please allow at least an hour when collecting your hire vehicle. This is for a walk-around of the vehicle, any documentation and an explanation of how to operate the features inside the motorhome or campervan.
All vehicles must be returned to us by 11am at the latest. Late fees are charged at £45 per hour.
You are required to return your hire vehicle in the same condition you received it. We will complete a vehicle inspection with you, and if applicable, discuss any damages, and complete the vehicle hand-over form, so please allow an hour for this on return. If the vehicle is not returned as it was given, then additional cleaning charges may apply.
Please note: there are no grey water or toilet emptying facilities at A&R Motorhome Hire Ltd depot. So this will need to be done prior to your return.
The fuel tank should be returned as it was provided to you. If it was provided full, then it must be returned full, or half full to be returned half full.
A security deposit of £260 is required to secure your booking. If the booking is cancelled after this time, it is not refunded. Please refer to the cancellation charges above.
Use of Vehicle
You are currently only permitted to use the vehicle in the UK. This is due to the current coronavirus restrictions.
You must not use the Motorhomes or Campervans to tow any vehicle or trailer.
You are required drive in a cautious, prudent and normal manner and abide by all the UK laws and regulations.
Our vehicles must not be driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs or with a blood alcohol level in excess of that permitted by law.
It is your responsibility to make sure the vehicle is locked and secure when left unoccupied
The vehicles must not be left with the ignition key in the vehicle while it is unoccupied
No one except the person/s insured are allowed to drive the vehicle. In this case the insurance would be void.
As stated above, we provide a full bottle of gas with every hire. Any additional refills to be paid for by you the client.
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any of our motorhomes or campervans. Additional upholstery cleaning charges will apply if smoke is detected in any of our vehicles.
Dogs are permitted at an additional cost of £10 a day. A maximum of one large dog or 2 small/medium dogs.

On booking your vehicle, you will be required to pay the insurance excess up front. This will be added to your booking total. The excess will then be refunded to you on return of the vehicle, subject to a satisfactory completion of the handover form.
The excess you pay is dependent on how many points the driver has on their driving licence. For example, the minimum excess is £500 for drivers with 0-3 penalty points on driver’s licence or £1500 excess for drivers with over 3 penalty points on driver’s licence. Additional drivers can be added at the extra cost of £8.50 a day
We can assure you that the information that you have provided to us will be used only by us, we will not pass this information onto any other organisation for marketing purposes outside this company, other than to our insurer.
